Generally, you will be responsible for the pit, building penetrations (retrofit projects), machine room or slab for our modular machine room, help scheduling the crane, run the electric, fire/life safety systems, hoistway exterior and building tie-in. Everything else comes pre-installed and ready for the elevator contractor.
